- Sports Medicals (forms only and not requiring a consultation ) – From £60
- Cycling / Running / Skydiving Medicals (including a GP consultation) – £120
- Please note Scuba Diving Medicals are not carried out at this surgery
Fees to be paid on collection
Minimum fees start at £35 and all costs are inclusive of VAT
Anything that includes a physical F2F examination will be £120 onwards
Additional time needed will be calculated Pro Rata (£240ph)
