Your prescription will be with your nominated pharmacy in a minimum of 3 working days.
(excludes: SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND BANK HOLIDAYS)
Your prescription should then be available to collect from your nominated pharmacy up to a week later.
Please do not attempt to collect your prescription until at least 3 working days from ordering as this can delay the ordering process.

You may order repeat prescriptions by using the following methods:
- With SystmOnline > New users need to request an account. Please bring 2 forms of identification, 1 of these should contain a photo, for example, bank statement and passport or photo card driving licence. Once you are registered you will be given a registration document containing your username and password.
- Return the 'tear off' slip with each prescription that lists the medicines you receive.
You should return this slip indicating which items you require.
Repeat prescription requests ARE NOT accepted over the telephone.
If you forget to order your repeat prescription and run out of medicines, you should be aware that our Receptionists are not authorised to give out prescriptions without the doctor’s consent. You may therefore have to wait until the end of surgery for this to be obtained. Our Pharmacist would be happy to advise on the effect of missing your medication and how to cope until your prescription can be authorised.
Dispensary
The surgery dispensary offers a prescription service to all surgery patients who live one mile or more from their nearest chemist. A delivery service also operates for patient who are housebound.
The dispensary is open weekdays 8.45am – 1.00pm and 1.30pm – 6.30pm and Saturday mornings from 9.00am – 12.00 noon.
