We have a team of experienced receptionists who deal with appointments, telephone enquiries, repeat prescriptions and other aspects of using the surgery. Their job is to help you make the best use of our services and they are required to ask patients the nature of their appointment needs so that the correct appointment and appointment length can be made. They are fully trained to match the patients' needs with the resources of the surgery clinicians and patients and have access to confidential medical records. All staff are aware of the importance of confidentiality and data protection. Receptionists and administrative staff are able to give results of blood tests, urine tests, x-rays, cervical smears and other investigations after consultation with the doctors.
