We are a Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre and are available to offer comprehensive health-related travel and immunisation advice. If you would like to research what is needed before attending the clinic the following site is very useful: www.fitfortravel.nhs.uk
Read more on our Travel Risk Assessment Form page.
Medical examinations for special purposes, such as fitness to travel, pre-employment, insurance, diving, and HGV licenses are normally done at 11.30am Monday - Friday.
An appointment can be made through Reception. A fee will be charged as these services are not covered by the NHS.

If you require annual medical services, e.g. HGV medical, please book ahead in anticipation of that review. We advise you do not wait until you are in receipt of the paperwork as this generally gets set last minute leaving little or no booking capacity to meet your needs. This type of appointment is lengthy and uses both a GP and a Health Care Assistant.
Thank you for your co-operation.
Walk In Clinic
Brackley Medical Centre will be extending the arrival times for the Walk In Clinic based on the Brackley Health Centre site.
From Tuesday 2nd January 2018 the clinic times will be:
09:00 - 12:00
15:00 - 17:30
These clinics run Monday to Friday. If you require medical help at the weekend or outside of normal surgery hours you should contact 111.
On the day acute medical need will be dealt with by the walk in clinic.
Such conditions include chest infections, sore throats and tonsillitis, ear infections, urine infections, rashes and minor injuries.
It is not advisable to use the clinic for medication requests, on-going sick notes or complex problems.
It may be necessary for our receptionists to ask you questions and you may be redirected more appropriately in certain circumstances.
As a practice we will never knowingly turn away a genuine medical emergency.
